IVAN CROWE - Producer/Director/Writer

Cert. Ed, B.Ed, Fellow of the Linnean Society, Fellow of Institute for Optimum Nutrition. Lectured at the Eden Project/ Institute for Optimum Nutrition. Author of the books 'The Quest for Food' and 'Copernicus' with contributions to various others. Began making videos whilst working as a teacher, producing a half-hour documentary that was shown several times on local TV. More recently has made videos for the NHS and various community projects.


IAN REDMOND OBE - Presenter/Narrator/Advisor

Field Biologist. A student of Dian Fossey, Advisor with "Gorillas in the Mist" and introduced David Attenborough to the Gorillas he was seen with in "Life on Earth". Became United Nations Ambassador for the Gorillas 2009. He has been involved in more than 50 documentaries for, amongst others, BBC, National Geographic and the Discovery Channel.


GORDON HILLMAN - Advisor/Contributor

Honorary Visiting Professor in Archaeobotany (Palaeoethnobotany) at the Institute of Archaeology, University College London (UCL). He has become well known on UK television via his work with Ray Mears on the BBC programme 'Wild Food' broadcast in 2007. His specialism is the study of the transition from foraging for wild food plants to farming and cereal cultivation in prehistory.


RICHARD WRANGHAM - Contributor

Primatologist. He is the Ruth Moore Professor of Biological Anthropology at Harvard University and co-director of the Kibale Chimpanzee Project, the long-term study of the Kanyawara chimpanzees in Kibale National Park, Uganda. Author of various books including 'Catching Fire: How Cooking Made Us Human' where he focuses on the role cooking has played in human evolution.


ANTHONY THOMAS - Post Production Editor

Post production editor and director of the creative visual content agency Luxmonkey. Clients have included Channel 4, Nike and BBC.

EDDIE JAMES KNIGHT - Cameraman/Producer

Freelance cameraman, editor and motion graphics artist with experience across broadcast, corporate and music sectors. Has worked on several high profile television series and documentaries.


WENDY LEE - Assistant Producer

Has a background in arts, media and music management. Has been working with Pastworld for three years, involved in a general multi-role capacity.
